Our tours are packed with action and adventure, travelling through a country to experience its culture and to meet the local people. This exciting journey is an exploration from the vibrant city of Cape Town, through the Namibian Desert, the magnificent national parks of Namibia and Botswana and to the thundering Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Combining the most iconic destinations with some untouched and remote wildlife havens, this once-in-a-lifetime trip is a comprehensive journey through South West Africa and its wonderful sights.

Trips in Africa, Central Asia, Middle East and South America on our own purpose built overlanding vehicles with a crew of two from 15 days to 15 weeks. Our vehicles carry up to 24 travellers and are camping based trips. Our trips are run on a full participation basis so have fun helping to cook for the group (on a rota system) and taking an active involvement in the day to day running of the trip.

Others might have a multi-activity holiday format, including biking and/or rafting, for instance, and these holidays are specifically designed for the adrenaline seeker! Also within our discovery collection are those of our holidays with a wildlife emphasis, photographic workshops, and polar cruise holidays. Never too physically demanding, these are predominantly touring holidays and their grade (usually towards the lower end of our 1 to 12 scale) reflects, in part, the remoteness of the area visited and the conditions likely to be encountered. Cape Town to Vic Falls - Cape, Kalahari & Delta

A classic Southern African overland journey which starts in Rainbow Nation of South Africa and finishes at the ‘Smoke that thunders', Victoria Falls! Arriving into the cosmopolitan city of Cape Town, the familiar skyline of Table Mountain frames this beautiful city. Travelling in a custom built overland vehicle, we drive to Cape Town's Hout Bay, famed for it's beauty and crayfish industry. Heading Northwards, up the Atlantic Coast, we enter the raw and rugged terrain of the Cederberg Mountains before arriving at the dramatic land of contrasts, Namibia. From the sharp-ridged dunes of the Namib Desert to the spectacular wildlife of Etosha Natonal Park and from the seaside town of Swakopmund to the charms of Windhoek, Namibia provides one of the grandest and diverse of African experiences. Whilst Namibia may sound like a hard act to follow, Botswana can satisfy even the most experienced safari enthusiast. Exploring the waterways of the Okavango Delta by a traditional Mokoro canoe, allows us to get up close to the hippos and birdlife of this iconic waterland. A true land of wilderness, Botswana's Chobe National Park provides the last stage for our final safari experience. Rich grasslands sustain a high concentration of wildlife as we seek out the hunter and hunted on land and by boat. Finishing in Zimbabwe at the thunderous Victoria Falls, completes this astounding African adventure.
