Kenya Safari Adventure

Kenya: Lamu Island Beach Adventure

This wonderfully relaxing adventure takes you to the beautiful island of Lamu, close to Kenya's northern coast. Offering up a stylish Robinson Crusoe experience it provides barefoot luxury with a distinct lack of crowds.You'll be staying at the luxurious Kizingo Lodge, on the southern side of the island, an engaging blend of eco-friendly bandas, deserted beaches and uninterrupted privacy that comes with hot showers, solar lighting and gourmet cuisine. From your private verandah all you can see is sand, sea and sky, making you feel that you really have just washed up on your own private beach.Your time here is free to enjoy at your leisure, with options to try your hand at deep sea fishing or take a gentle stroll into Lamu Old Town, one of the oldest and best-preserved Swahili settlements in East Africa.
