Classic Argentina Adventure

Argentina is a land of remarkable contrasts, famed for its breathtaking landscapes and glittering glaciers, fabulous wines and beautiful national parks. And, of course, its vibrant and enticing capital. This classic adventure presents you with some of the best that Argentina has to offer. In Buenos Aires you will have an opportunity to explore the colourfully painted houses of 'La Boca' and experience one of Argentina's most iconic creations, the Tango. Flying on to Ushuaia, you then explore the stunning setting of Tierra del Fuego National Park and take the 'Train to the End of the World', before taking to the famous waters of the Beagle Channel to search out giant albatross, Magellanic cormorants and petrels.After taking in the spectacular Perito Moreno Glacier, you'll travel to Bariloche, to enjoy horse riding and kayaking around the Andean Lakes of Patagonia, before flying on to the vineyards of Mendoza. Argentina's Highlights

Sandwiched between the Andes and the Atlantic Ocean, the vast territory of Argentina spans a breathtaking richness of natural and cultural treasures that would take a lifetime to explore. This incredible journey provides a chance to experience some of its remarkable highlights, beginning in its vibrant and exciting capital. After a chance to enjoy some of Buenos Aires's most iconic experiences you'll fly on to El Calafate to visit the spectacular Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the country's oldest national parks. From here you will then travel into the Andean foothills, to the town of Bariloche and the beautiful shores of Lake Naheui Huapi. After a couple of days to enjoy Argentina's spectacular Lake District, you then find yourself amongst the vineyards of Mendoza, where you will take a tour of the wineries and spend a little time exploring the city at your own pace. The climax of the journey sees you taking in the magnificent setting of Iguazu Falls, one of the natural wonders of the world, where you'll have an opportunity to visit the infamous 'Devil's Throat' and view the falls from both the Argentinean and Brazilian sides.

Wilds of Argentina

From the country's capital you will journey to the Peninsula Valdes, home to elephant seals, southern right whales and orcas. You'll also visit South America's largest colony of Magellanic penguins and dive with sea lions, before flying to the Esteros de Ibera for more wildlife viewing.
