Offering the flexibility of your own private vehicle, you'll travel across some of Northern Tanzania's most remarkable natural settings, from the game rich landscapes of the Ngorongoro Crater, to the vast open savannahs of the Serengeti.Beginning with the beautiful wilderness of Tarangire National Park, you'll then continue on to Lake Manyara and the magnificent setting of the Ngorongoro Crater, home to the largest concentrations of big game on the planet. Moving on to the endless plains of the Serengeti next, you'll then experience one of Africa's largest and most famous National Parks, which provides the backdrop for a two-day walking safari and a chance to witness the famous annual migration, one of nature's most unforgettable spectacles.

This trip is best between the months of June and October when the migration is in the far north of the Serengeti, however at other times of year changes can be made accordingly.

Ngorongoro's crater floor is famous for its unparalleled numbers of game and, after a full day enjoying this remarkable setting, you'll head out to the edge of the rift escarpment to the Lake Manyara National Park, with its tree climbing lions and prolific birdlife. The final leg of this captivating journey back to Arusha then takes you to the less visited landscapes of the Tarangire National Park, which hosts some of the largest herds of elephants and buffalo in Northern Tanzania.
